These terms govern your use of this website, operated by ATMOS POS, a division of Aion Capital, a licensed business funding brokerage in Winter Garden, Florida.

ATMOS POS places merchants with processing partners. We are not a bank or a processor. A Savings Review is provided for informational purposes only and is not a quote, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of savings. Savings depend on volume, card mix, and current pricing.

Any processing statement you submit is used only to prepare your review. Final terms, including rates and equipment placement, are set by the processing partner and confirmed in a separate agreement if you choose to proceed.
